    Me Wellbeing

The three categories of ME YOU US address a range of emotional, motivational, and collaboration issues for health professionals, healthcare coworkers, patients, and individuals. In each category, we offer a list of challenging situations. Select the one relevant to you. Then you will be shown a list of groups/themes of evidence-based activities. When you choose a group, the specific activities in that group will be presented. Each activity has specific instructions for applying it in your self-care (Me), with patients (You), or in interactions with patients and coworkers (Us).

Disclaimer: These positive psychology interventions (PPIs) are not intended to replace medical/psychiatric assessments and interventions. If you or your patients are contemplating self-harm or harm to others, please seek the care of a mental or behavioral health professional for primary treatment. The PPIs are intended as wellbeing tools to address emotional challenges in common situations and supplement treatment plans.
